Some of the most powerful organizations in business recognize the potential for experienced military personnel to lead organizations. After 22 yeas of service, Veterans, Tony & Antoinette White capitalized on their skills & strengths, by making an intentional pivot into business ownership. But this story goes deeper.
The White’s reached out to The Entrepreneur’s Source and began working with their Esource Coach, Jodi Oren. Having a coach who took the time to get to know the whole person, their strengths, and what energized them, was just the beginning. Jodi continued to learn about their goals, needs and future expectations and sought out their greatest vision.

Jodi learned more about each of them each time they spoke. Their vision really started to light up when she asked about their family & community. “This couple lives out their hearts for others, through action. They volunteer in ministries, helping others going through hard times. However, they want to do more.” To find an opportunity to impact their community, developing and training people who wanted to shine, but maybe hadn’t been offered the opportunity, was another key. “We needed an operation that could provide a service in their community, develop a shining team, and set standards of excellence.”
Ultimately this journey prepared the White’s to reach a point of clarity about possibilities with potential to fuel their goals. Time to impact was key and it didn’t make sense to take the time to start something from scratch. Franchise systems made sense for their goals, offered training, support, systems, and a time horizon to launch a business, so that they could start making an impact. With their coach, they began educating themselves, learning about different models & possibilities.
Through their discovery journey, Home Clean Heroes stood out. They made their decision to shine! Tony & Antoinette are shining as community heroes, continuing to serve many home owners throughout the greater Augusta Georgia region. Jodi said it was an honor and blessing getting to know Tony & Antoinette. “All because two people wanted to do more, many more lives will shine.”
